RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We make things in small runs. If your size is not right, we will help you swap it.

Size exchanges only, within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds. All sales are otherwise final.

TO QUALIFY

• Request within 14 days of delivery
• Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on and in original packaging
• Items showing wear may be refused

EXCHANGES

You cover postage on exchanges. Exchanges are processed once the original piece is received and inspected. If your size has sold out, email us and we will help.

HOW TO START

Email info@balletrodeo.com with your order number and the size you would like. We will reply with next steps. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing once your exchange arrives. We ship within the United States only for this drop.
